Warranty

1. What This Warranty Covers

BISWAKARMA RUBBER WORKS and DEY SARKAR BELTING INDUSTRIES warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of the warranty period. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at our sole discretion.

2. Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for a period of 30 DAYS from the date of shipment to the original purchaser.

3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction resulting from:

• Improper Installation or Application: Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper tensioning, or use in an application for which the product was not designed or specified.

• Misuse or Negligence: Damage due to abuse, overloading, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the product's operating and maintenance instructions.

• Normal Wear and Tear: The natural degradation and wear of the product over time and use.

• Environmental or External Factors: Damage caused by extreme temperatures, exposure to chemicals, oils, or other substances, or environmental conditions not specified for the product's use.

• Unauthorized Alterations: Any modification, repair, or alteration of the product by anyone other than an authorized representative of BISWAKARMA RUBBER WORKS and DEY SARKAAR BELTING INDUSTRIES.

• Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, flood, storms, and other unforeseen events.

• Third-Party Equipment: Damage to the belt caused by a defect or malfunction in the equipment or machinery on which it is installed (e.g., pulleys, rollers, motors).

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Provide Written Notification: Notify [Your Company Name] in writing within 2-5 days of discovering the defect. This notification should be sent to our official mailing address.

2. Include Necessary Documentation: The claim must include the following information and documentation:

   • Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice number, purchase order).

   • Product batch number.

   • A detailed description of the defect or failure via email.

   • Photographic or video evidence of the issue. (upload the video footage to GDrive or any cloud storage, then share the video link with us in case email doesn't allow sending the video)

   • Information about the application, operating conditions, and installation of the belt.

3. Return the Product: Upon our request, the product must be returned, freight prepaid, to our Company's Address for Returns, for inspection.

5. Our Obligation Under This Warranty

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, if BISWAKARMA RUBBER WORKS and DEY SARKAR BELTING INDUSTRIES determine, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective and covered under this warranty, we will, at our option:

• Repair the defective product or component.

• Replace the defective product with a new or reconditioned product.

The warranty period for a repaired or replacement product will be the remainder of the original warranty period.

6. Limitation of Liability

BISWAKARMA RUBBER WORKS and DEY SARKAR BELTING INDUSTRIES' liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. BISWAKARMA RUBBER WORKS and DEY SARKAR BELTING INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost production, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the replacement or repair of the product.

7. General Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.

• This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the customer, BISWAKARMA RUBBER WORKS, and DEY SARKAR BELTING INDUSTRIES, superseding all prior agreements and representations.
